We will ship the logos flat, because the curvature depends on the helmet size and the logo position. For how to bend it to fit your helmet, see "How to shape & affix logos" in product description section below. It's very easy and quick to do.

Product Description:

One set contains 9 / 12 / 15 / 20 pcs of the same logo (If you want a different quantity, please ask and we will give you a quote)

Size: approx. 2 to 2.5 inches L, 1/8 inches thick (approx. 50-65mm L, 3mm thick), The width will be scaled in proportion according to your logo design

Material: PLA plastic. Waterproof. Highly durable

Texture:
1-colored: smooth surface but may show some travel lines from the nozzle.
2-colored/3-colored: textured/grainy surface which is a natural result of 3D printing.

Color: please check our color chart for the colors that we offer (the last product photo). It's best that you send us your logo image via Chat first so we can see if it's possible to make. (since the color range of 3D printing materials is rather limited, we may not have the exact match for your logo colors)

These decals are NOT STICKERS, there is NO ADHESIVE BACKING.

How to shape & affix logos:
(1) Put 1 logo at a time in hot water of 90-100°C for around 30 seconds until softening. Place logo onto exact position on helmet, press & hold for 20 seconds to shape into correct curvature
(2) Set aside to cool and set
(3) Use super glue sparingly to adhere logo to helmet


  • Care instruction: Easy to clean. Hand wash in lukewarm water only
  • Packaging: Homemade item, no original packaging. Will be packed with bubble sheet & cardboard paper for protection.
