1. How to submit custom text or picture for my order?

Custom Text: on the product details page, enter in "Add your custom text" box:

IMPORTANT: if no custom text / image is provided, production cannot proceed and such orders will be cancelled after 5 business days

2. Can I see a proof before my order is made / shipped?

Most of the time our customers do not require to see a proof, but we can provide a proof if requested. You may make such request on the Cart page by clicking "Add a note to your order" and make sure you provide a valid email address during checkout so that we can send you the proof.

3. Can I request custom order for my own special design?

We accept custom order requests. Please send your requirements via the Message Us button on the bottom right corner of the page. Attach an image, photo or sketch to help us understand your request.

4. How to avoid cookie cutter getting stuck in the dough?

Cookie cutters with patterns can be more difficult to detach from the dough than the usual outline cutters. First you must refrain from using clustered pattern and small texts. And here are are some tips for making good cookie impressions:

- Roll your dough to about 3-4 mm thick. The dough should not be too wet or sticky
- Dip cookie cutter in flour WITH EACH CUT to prevent sticking
- If the dough is a little warm, it will probably stick to the cutter, chill your dough in the freezer for 5 minutes
- For best results, use a no spread cookie recipe so that after baking the patterns will not be distorted
