I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We do not accept refund request for late arrivals, as shipping & customs clearance are out of our control.
In rare cases, shipping of international parcels can take longer. Please patiently wait for your parcels to go through customs. We don't consider parcels lost before 6 weeks have passed, after which we will refund the item price excluding shipping fee.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping to incorrect address provided by buyer
We only ship to the address provided in the order and will not be held responsible if the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if buyers later claim that the given address is wrong. If buyer still wants the item, you can reorder with correct shipping information. So please double check that the shipping address is correct during checkout.
